Hey, I'm
Anthony.

I'm 32, originally a Dub, but living in Laois 20 years so I guess I'm more of a country man than a city boy at this stage. I'm a family man who has recently finished my Diploma in gym instruction, personal training & group classes.

I've had enough life experiences that it's been suggested more than a handful of times that I should write a book. Both inside & outside of training, I use those experiences to help others — and my goal is to help not only adults but children too, to strengthen them physically, mentally, and spiritually.
